ABOUT US
Mu Alpha has been an active chapter at Georgetown University for 50 years. The brothers and sisters of Mu Alpha pledge countless hours each week to serve the Washington DC metro area, strengthening the spirit of service so important to this fraternity.

Mu Alpha is not simply a service organization. As a fraternity, fellowship within the brotherhood plays an important part in the success of this chapter. Each semester we commit ourselves to a six week pledging process that, in the end, brings a new group of closely knit friends into the fraternity. Mu Alpha also strives to maintain close relations with alumni, an effort reflected in phenomenal alumni participation in numerous service projects and fraternity ceremonies each semester.

Brothers and sisters of Mu Alpha are wholly responsible for the success of the chapter. Coordinating service projects, serving on the Executive Committee, and acting as a Big Brother or Sister are a few of the ways in which members may lead this fraternity. Mu Alpha Chapter's continued success demonstrates the leadership capacities of its brothers and sisters.
